about

"The Next Idea Retreat is a place to immerse oneself in the question, "What IS creativity, and how do I tap into it?" Exploring creative thought from multiple perspectives, whether art therapy, science-based research or meditation and chanting, someone attending the retreat is bound to come away energized and excited to implement what they have learned."

Re-Imagine, Re-Energize, Re-Invent Your Life, Business or Organization. Unleash your Inner Creative. It's a weekend of diverse workshops by outstanding, cool and fun presenters in the field of Creativity who will tap into your personal, professional and spiritual creative!

With numerous concurrent sessions you can select from a wide range of topics in Personal, Spiritual and Business Creativity. Not to mention Happy Hour, sessions for the REALLY early risers, the Opening Extravaganza, the Closing Sendoff, the Saturday Night Peace Garden Event and opportunity for all participants to share if they dare!

There'll be sessions that use your minds. Some that use your hands. Some that use your feet. You'll get dirty in some. Play in others. Your brain will be messed with too! There'll be aha moments, oh-my moments, out-of-body moments and general feelings of happiness!

It's a casual, yet productive weekend held during “Leaf-Season” in the scenic Northwest Hills of CT. Meet new people. Commune with nature. Learn. Share. Explore. Contribute. Connect. Collaborate. Laugh. Cry. Hoot. Holler. Question. Reflect. The possibilities are endless.

This could be the weekend that Art, Science and Spirit of Creativity breathes some new energy into your life, slaps you in the face or gently nudges you on another path.

"2015 was my first Next Idea Retreat and I can’t wait for 2016! I found life-long friends, had some incredible experiences, relaxed, and picked up a bunch of creative ideas and concepts I’ve used all year long.  I would recommend this retreat to anyone looking to recharge and refresh their body and mind!"

- Delaney La Rosa 2015 Attendee
